SEED will gather the youth representatives of trade union confederations in SEE region. This gathering is being organized for the forth time by Trade Union of Chemistry, Non-metal, Energy and Mining "Nezavisnost" and supported by FES.

The SEED will be held from 7th to 11th of October 2008 in Bela Crkva, Serbia. The participants will, within this event, pay special attention to the International Action Day for Decent Work and, in accordance with that, work with topics connected to the decent work agenda. This gathering also presents the opportunity for the youth trade unionists of the region to be informed on the reports od ITUC and PERC Youth Committee meetings and discuss the creation of the new ITUC Youth Committee.

The participants will inform the media on the results of the gathering.
